California Compliance & Licensing
We operate in strict accordance with the California Department of Consumer Affairs guidelines under license CA PI License #00000. We will not conduct illegal entries, wiretapping, or database accesses that violate California civil or criminal statutes.
Retainers & Billing
Work begins once a formal case agreement is signed and a secure retainer is cleared. Retainers are held to cover investigative hours and field expenses, with regular statements provided. Unused retainer amounts are refunded upon case closure.
